As you begin this article, think about the opportunities all around you, yet there are a lot of people who are barely making a living. Why do you think that is?

Have you ever thought about the shark and the smaller fish in the same tank?  The shark would really like to eat the smaller fish, but because they are separated by glass barrier, the shark can never get to the smaller fish, no matter how hard it tries.  There comes a day when the shark assumes the smaller fish is unattainable and just gives up trying.  At this point, if the glass barrier is removed, the smaller fish remains uneaten, because the shark continues to believe the smaller fish is unattainable.  The shark is limited by the barriers in its own mind.  While you think of this illustration, can you see how this applies to people who have opportunities all around, but are unable to take advantage of them, because they believe there is nothing they can do to change their situation?  Imagine how this affects your life, if your patterns of thinking are like this. Don't you think such a  mind set would stifle your creativity and prevent you from taking advantage of the opportunities right before your eyes?

Would you be interested in knowing how to change the blueprint of your mind in order to see the opportunities around you and be able to take advantage of them and earn money?

Aside from how you thought about making money in the past, the first step is to recognize how much the mental blueprint in your mind affects your life and the ability to make money. Have you ever considered, for yourself, how often you have held ideas such as:
1. If you want something you have to work really hard for it.
2. Money corrupts and I do not want to be like that.
3. There are only certain ways you can make money.
4. If I am wealthy, people will want to take advantage of me.
5. Even if you have money, it is not secure because you can lose it.
6. Those who are wealthy got there because they were lucky.
7. I do not deserve to be wealthy, or I am not good enough to be wealthy.

It would be good for you to understand, everytime you think such types of thoughts, you are programming your mental blueprint to limit your ability to see and take advantage of opportunities, which means, you are limiting your ability to make money.

You also might want to consider the fact, the use of money is really about the exchange of value.  When you buy or sell something, are you not exchanging something for something else. Consider the exchange of your time, in fact your life, for a pay cheque, which you then exchange for a product of some kind.  You will only make the exchange if you feel you are receiving fair value, do you not?

Remember, value also involves circumstances like limited resources or the concept of scarcity.  You would not likely want to pay $25.00 for a bottle of water because you would not see good value in such an exchange. But, if you were out in the desert and had not had anything to drink for 36 hours, the value of exchanging $25.00 for that bottle of water would be much more appealing, would it not?

When you realize the power of your mental blueprint, it would be good to have it working for you, because the more you think about things you were not even considering, the more you can be comfortable about learning something new. And in those new things, you will gain experience and talents to help you to be successful. Right? So, to the extent you require something new, you will be able to go out and use it, in a way to succeed in a much greater way than you have ever done before.

Changing the mental blue print in your mind will allow you to see and take advantage of opportunities, opening the way for you to increase your value and make money in ways you had not thought of before.
